Privacy, allergens and who we are.

Allergies and intolerances
This site does not take orders. To order, ring the shop on 020 7226 4528 or use Deliveroo or Just Eat, and tell whoever takes your order about any allergy before you order.
Allergen information is not listed for every dish on this site. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, please ring 020 7226 4528 and check with the kitchen if you have an allergy or an intolerance. Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, gluten and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of them.
Privacy
Short version: the only personal details this site asks for are the ones you put into a catering enquiry. We use them to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or track you around the internet.
What we collect, and why
- Your name, phone number and email address
- When you send a catering enquiry, so we can reply with a quote. We ask for an email because a quote is not something to read out over the phone.
- The details of your event
- The date, the time, roughly how many people, where it is, the dishes you picked, any allergies or dietary needs, and anything else you tell us, so we can answer with a price rather than a question.
- A count of page views
- Which pages get looked at, and which site sent someone here. No IP address, no device information, no cookie and no identifier of any kind — the count cannot be traced back to a person, including by us.
Our lawful basis
For a catering enquiry, we process your details to take the steps you have asked for before entering into a contract with us. For the page counts, our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is working — an interest that is easy to justify precisely because the counts identify nobody.
An allergy is information about your health. If you tell us about one, you are choosing to, and we use it only to cook safely for your event.
How long we keep it
Catering enquiries and page counts are deleted from our database automatically after 90 days. The copy of an enquiry that Netlify emails to the kitchen stays in Netlify and in the kitchen's inbox until we delete it. If your enquiry turns into a booking, we keep what we need for it the way any business keeps its records.
Who else touches it
Only the services that make the site work, and each of them only handles what it has to:
- Supabase — the database your enquiry is stored in. Hosted in London (eu-west-2).
- Netlify — hosts the site, receives your enquiry and emails it to the kitchen. Netlify is based in the United States and keeps a copy of each enquiry it sends.
Nobody else. There is no advertising network, no analytics company and no social media pixel on this site. If you order on Deliveroo or Just Eat, their own privacy policies apply to that order, not this one.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. That is why you have not been asked to agree to any. The only cookie anywhere in this estate is the one that keeps the restaurant's own staff signed in to the private admin area, and it is not set on any page you can reach.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email passion_kitchen@outlook.com or ring the shop, and tell us the name and date of your enquiry so we can find it. We will answer within a month.
If you think we have handled your details badly, please tell us first so we can fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Food hygiene rating
Our Food Hygiene Rating is 4 — Good, awarded by the London Borough of Islington following an inspection on 21 April 2026. Displaying it is voluntary in England and we choose to.
The rating is the Food Standards Agency's, not ours, and theirs is the copy that counts: check it at ratings.food.gov.uk.
